Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Spika gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return & Exchange Window

  • You may return or exchange items within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or product, we’ll ship your exchange to you at no extra cost once we receive your original item.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

Returns for Refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or we made a shipping error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If we sent the wrong item or there’s a manufacturer defect, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@spika.us.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. If eligible, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.

Final Sale Items

Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
