30-Day Return & Exchange Window
- You may return or exchange items within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size, color, or product, we’ll ship your exchange to you at no extra cost once we receive your original item.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
Returns for Refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or we made a shipping error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If we sent the wrong item or there’s a manufacturer defect, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@spika.us.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- If eligible, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.
Final Sale Items
Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
